You need a disclosure policy – how to write one

I updated my disclosure policy today, reminding me that I should remind all of you to do the same.

Be sure to read the FTC guidelines.

If you don’t have a disclosure policy on your site you should create one and link to it in your blog or website footer. Some affiliates and publishers choose to disclose on every post, even if you choose to do this, a blanket site wide disclosure policy covers you for every post and ad on your site and should still be included.
